Retirement Villages
Overview
BBC manages a portfolio of 44 Retirement Villages, comprising 6,262 units and providing care and accommodation to over 7,500 residents.
Within the portfolio, 27 Retirement Villages are owned by BBC, representing approximately 4,459 units. Eleven villages are owned by external third party landlords and leased to BBC under long term lease agreements. Under these agreements, BBC retains full exposure to the deferred management fee income stream from these villages. For the remaining six villages, BBCG manages the facilities on behalf of third-party owners on a profit-share basis.
Each BBC location offers residents a variety of leisure, recreational and health facilities and activities. Each is staffed by caring, dedicated professionals. Each is committed to the Australian and New Zealand Retirement Villages Accreditation scheme. And each one exemplifies BBC's dedication to setting a new standard for retirement living.
