Distribution Policy
Distributions to Securityholders are expected to be payable half-yearly in arrears in March and September for the preceding six month periods ending 31 December and 30 June. The first distribution to Securityholders is expected to be paid in March 2008 for the period from the date Stapled Securities are allotted under the Scheme and the Capital Raising to 31 December 2007.
Unless otherwise determined by the Responsible Entity, BBCT will distribute all of its taxable income and capital receipts in respect of each six month period.
BBC intends to establish a Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) which will allow Securityholders to reinvest their distributions in BBC. The details, along with an election form will be distributed to Securityholders prior to the first distribution.
Investors should note that the Responsible Entity does not guarantee that the forecast level of distributions will be achieved.
